The heater and A/C in my condo was ancient and very inefficient. I baked in the summer and froze in the winter. I met with Craig from Comfort Control, and he brought me information on several different options for a new HVAC system. After we met, he didn't harass me to purchase anything; in fact, he told me to think it over and let him know what I thought at my convenience.  

After a few more months of being uncomfortable in my own home, I decided to purchase a high-efficiency HVAC, and what a great decision that was.

 

Comfort Control's installation crew removed the old system and installed the new one in one day, they were non-instrusive and polite throughout, and Craig came by the next day to make sure I understood how everything worked and to show me the different features of my new system. 
 

My condo has never felt warmer in the winter or cooler in the summer, and I think one of the most pleasant aspects of this purchase was how I was NEVER pressured to buy, and at no time did Craig try to up-sell any of his higher end products. If you're the type who doesn't like high-pressured sales, like me, you'll appreciate the low-key approach from Comfort Control. Also, my utility bills dropped 25% within the first six months of installation. I highly recommend Comfort Control, and have done so several times since my interaction with them.  â€‹

​​Your Satisfaction Matters.

My air conditioner quit working on a 100 degree Saturday last summer. I called Comfort Control and Craig was able to diagnose the problem over the phone; a failed start-up cap. Even though his supply store was closed, he was able to locate the part from another supplier and had it installed that day. He said that when I was ready to upgrade my aging system, I should look into a larger unit. He felt the system I had was undersized for my house. Some time later I decided I did want to upgrade, and went with Comfort Control because of the great customer service they had previously provided. They installed the new, larger unit quickly, and Craig personally helped me with the rebate paperwork. My house is cooler, my utilities are less, and it's much quieter.

Our Goal: Do It Right the First Time.

 

I am so thankful I found Comfort Control.  I had an old furnace that they tried to revive, and their repairs did extend its life a couple of years. When I finally decided to replace it, Comfort Control did the job professionally and at a great price.  Their technicians were well trained and very courteous. At no time did I worry about them being in my house. 

 

My wife and I are very happy with our new furnace. It performs exactly as Comfort Control said it would. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their furnace or air conditioners repaired or replaced. They have always been true to their word, and that is important.
